Wedding Ceremony Fees!!Normal Ceremony Fees
***Major Holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, & Christmas (pricing starts at $350)
**Weddings outside Franklin County
must add a travel
cost. Travel is approximately $.75/mile each way. Travel is calculated from
our office
to the wedding site using Mapquest. Please read the Terms below BEFORE making payment. By making a payment, you agree to the Terms below. If do not agree to the terms, Do not make a payment. Use your credit card to pay your deposit or any payment. A PayPal account is not necessary. Terms PAYMENT: A non-refundable 50% retainer fee is due at booking. This is not an additional charge and will be used toward the payment of your fees. Final payment must be made 14 days prior to ceremony and at that time will all payments become non-refundable. Any fees paid above the retainer fee are refundable up until the 14 day cut off stated above. Marriage license must be presented to the officiant along with identification prior to the service. Remember, your date is not reserved until we receive your 50% deposit in advance. Final payments are due 14 days PRIOR to the ceremony date or rehearsal date, which ever comes first. As an exception to the above, if you are given a discount from the normal fees, your full payment must be made in full at the time of booking and the entire amount is non-refundable. TERMINATION CLAUSE: If we are not able to perform your ceremony on the date stated in this contract and cannot find a substitute officiant, all fees including retainer will be refunded within 30 days of notice. If you change your wedding date, and we are available for that day, we will perform the ceremony at no additional cost. If we are not available and you change your date all fees become non-refundable and we are released of any service to you. STARTING TIME: Late starts of more than 25 minutes will incur a $25 charge per quarter hour, payable at time of services, beginning 30 minutes after scheduled/contractual starting time. (Fee waived in event of actual emergency). We will arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony. We will depart no later than 1 hour after the scheduled ceremony start time unless other arraignments are made. We do not stay for receptions as we may have other weddings to perform offsite or at our office but thank you for asking. **Weddings outside Franklin county must add a travel cost to the above fees. Mileage must be paid for both travel to and from rehearsal (if rehearsal is booked) and to and from ceremony. 50% of this must be paid as part of the ceremony fee but would be refundable until 14 days before the ceremony or rehearsal, which ever comes first. ***Any refunds due will be paid 30 days after notice of cancellation is received. All fees become non-refundable 14 days prior to the ceremony or rehearsal, which ever comes first. There is no refund after the funds become non-refundable. The 50% booking fee is never refundable except as stated in the Termination Clause.

certificates will be filed at the appropriate probate court within 30 Days after the
wedding ceremony per Ohio Law
